Mx-MSP™ is in final BETA stage now with over 130 partners on the platform monitoring and managing about 250 locations.

ABP Tech, our Distribution partner for the Americas, already started training partners in different locations and adding partners to our BETA program for early exposure and to our list of Certified Mx-MSP™ partners. Houston turned out to be a great venue to educate ABPTech's new MOBOTIX partners about the concept and unique benefits of Mx-MSP™ for integrators.

Partners learn how they can use the system to improve customer satisfaction, speed up their maintenance and reduce their maintenance cost by literally eliminating travel for configurations or software upgrades by securely accessing all their infrastructure by using Mx-MSP™, the Multi-Vendor Remote Monitoring & Management Platform developed by IPTechView™.  Training touches multi-tenant account management, platform security, project creation on platform, configuration files, camera lists, notes, site picture management. Accessing camera and storage devices, configuring and managing devices, automatic alerts, warnings, automatic notifications , customer education reports like uptime report, incident and resolution time reports and much more.
